July Ricochet Midwest Meetup?

I wanted to gauge interest before I tried to organize a meet up.
As an international teacher, I spend most of my year away from the USA. My summers are usually spent either in Eastern Iowa (Cedar Rapids) or the Twin Cities area. Before I head back out to the great beyond, it would be great to meet for dinner or drinks with other kindred spirits.
This hypothetical future meet up would be sometime in July, time and place negotiable. Also, if there are already groups making this happen, please enlighten my ignorance.
