I only listened because this podcast is on Ricochet. Since money is my business, I do not want to listen to it out of work hours. How wrong my impression turned out to be! This is a superb podcast on the details in Ryan's plan and how Obama's plan will impact payment for health care.
This is a very well researched topic by Jim. He explains a great deal with his well informed guest, Joe Antos, and although they both have time for laughs and jokes, they are respectful, logical and easy to understand. Who knew discussing budgets could be so fascinating. I liked the inside view on Ryan too.
Jim's podcast is reminding me of Econtalk and his style is refreshing. Waiting for his next podcast with great interest.

Indaba: I agree with your assessment completely--this podcast filled in several of the "blanks" in my understanding and provides some much needed clarity on the origins of statements made by the president and his surrogates. I was also quite heartened to hear Joe affirm that the present course of trajectory of Medicare can be decreased.
