This week on Law Talk with Epstein and Yoo, the professors and Troy Senik offer some post election analysis as well as the consequences: immigration, the fiscal cliff, and the case for filibuster reform. Then, a look at whether Republicans can hope to compete for Hispanic, Asian, and Jewish voters. Finally, we wind up with a discussion of Fourth Amendment issues with digital privacy for cellphones, voicemail, etc. And yes, a certain law professor's quixotic quest for the mayorship of a distressed California city.
It's the law: subscribe to Law Talk With Epstein and Yoo and take it with you on your mobile device. Follow the instructions here.
Thanks to EJ "Just win, baby" Hill for the photo.

Where should I send the psychotherapist's bill after seeing that picture?
Re: Oakland's Finest
EJHill didn't get my facepaint just right. For any Eagles fan, the only other team that comes close in spirit is the Oakland Raiders.
Re: Oakland's Finest
For those who don't follow the NFL closely, allow me to translate for John. When he says "spirit" he means "disorderly conduct." Let us not forget this.
Re: Oakland's Finest
Great photo, but I prefer the one at the disco.

Re: Oakland's Finest
The discussions about politics are perfectly enjoyable -- but I can get those lots of places. More law, please. (Which, of course, does not mean, "More laws, please.")

Re: Oakland's Finest
It was disappointing to hear Prof. Epstein characterize those who oppose illegal immigration as "anti-immigration." He has done this before. Immigration is a complex issue, and for someone who draws fine distinctions so well and so meaningfully, to hear him basically call those who oppose a blanket amnesty Nativists is grating.
