Ricochet is the best place on the internet to discuss the issues of the day, either through commenting on posts or writing your own for our active and dynamic community in a fully moderated environment. In addition, the Ricochet Audio Network offers over 50 original podcasts with new episodes released every day.
In a time when our physical health is taking center stage, our own Dave Carter invited radio, television, and podcast personality Dave Sussman to talk about the impact of the Coronavirus to the nation’s economic health as well. Drawing from his own experience in the world of finance and business, Mr. Sussman offers a sober assessment of the road ahead.
Then, taking care to not allow the program to take a morbid turn, Dave checks in with Ricochet Contributor Susan Quinn to discuss her maiden excursion into the world of pizza delivery and the result is a pleasant conversation that is rich in laughs and memories. And as if things weren’t crazy enough, Dave makes a phone to his Cajun friend, Alphonse Fontenot, who has quarantined himself somewhere in the bayous of Louisiana. The results are, predictably, hilarious.
Finally, if you’re listening to Dave’s show, but you’re not a Ricochet member, there is a way you can get a 30 day free trial membership . Tune in to learn more!

Great episode! Always great to hear from the Bayou bad@$$ and his cast of characters, and Sussman to boot!
Thank you sir!! Bayou bad@$$, eh? I like that!
Folks, I promised on the show to let you know when I would be Real Side Radio with Dave Sussman. I’ll be on tonight (April 1st) at 6:15PM Pacific Time (9:15 Eastern). Just click on the link above, and then click on the “Listen Live” button, right next to the “Home” button. See ya there!
I’ve got good news for both of you! Dave, we’ve got a national Ricochet Meetup planned for Labor Day in South Dakota. Here’s a link to the post. Susan, we’ve already got the pizza question worked out.
I like it! And that’s the only state I haven’t been to,…so that makes a good offer even better!
Finally got a chance to listen and a great one as usual Mr. Carter. Especially enjoyed hearing from Susie Q. She is so nice and a wonderful addition to the Ricochet family – maybe she should be Aunt Susan? Now getting ready to listen to you on Dave Sussman’s show. And speaking of the other Dave, I unfortunately agree with him about this economic situation. This may be as bad as the Great Depression but if we can keep a Democrat out of the White House, maybe, just maybe, it will be much shorter.
So, they had you on as the April Fool?
It’s a dirty job, but somebody had to do it. Don’t fergit to tip yer waitress!
