Can this be right: that privileged access to your President can be bought for a mere $35,800?
He is selling himself cheap. I'm very surprised that on their recent Brokeback-Mountain-style get-together, President Obama didn't find time to discuss with David Cameron the appropriate going rate for cash-for-access to a head of state.
It is in fact around £250,00 for "premier league" access to David Cameron for dinner in his private apartment at which he will personally serve you home-cooked sausages or similar, in a chef's apron with humorous writing on it and with shirt sleeves rolled up to simulate relaxedness, Or similar. In turn you get to dictate UK government policy on the issue of your choice.
So, well over ten times more than your President has been asking. Seriously guys, you need to have a word. How are you ever going to sort out the deficit unless you start charging the market rate.
