Is that you, by the way? If so, what recording software do you use? And what sort of input device? I miss my old PC's 1/4" jack that let me plug my guitar directly into the soundcard.

The software is Garageband. Macs are the best...
Just use either a 1/4"-to-midi or 1/4"-to-1/8" adapter.

Haven't seen it in the top ten but it deserves to be over the other songs so far. Maybe a winner?
Gotta say that I find the judging on the Powerline contest pretty stupid. The best stuff didn't even make the top ten, let alone win.

Yesterday it had a few hundred views on YouTube. Early this AM it 14,000 plus a few hundred views. It will be interesting to monitor the increase.

Are you ambidextrous? I noticed you were playing different guitars both ways. I can barely hack out something one way. I'm still a percussionist until some one tells me otherwise.

It's funny how few people noticed that. No, I am not ambidextrous. I filmed the whole thing on my webcam and for some reason, some of the time, it films as if it is a mirror. That is, everything is backwards. Other times it films correctly. I have no idea why that is. I did, however, consider trying to pass it off as symbolic bi-partisanship.
