You Don't Say

Ahmadinejad has come clean that Iran controls south Lebanon. He's apparently referred to Lebanon recently as "Iran's border with Israel." The Smiling One will be visiting the border later this month, during which time he's planning on throwing a rock at Israel. (Can I throw one back?)
Also to be filed in the "tell me something I didn't know" drawer: Hamas has admitted for the first time that Arafat ordered them to launch the second intifada while he was at Camp David turning down an offer of Palestinian statehood.

Re: You Don't Say
I've always assumed that Arafat wanted the proposed agreement of 10 years ago sabotaged. It was never going to happen. He didn't want to be the next Anwar Sadat. That would've been his fate, and he knew it.

And who thinks these two admissions Judith highlights will be mentioned in upcoming press coverage about the failure of Israel to contribute to the "Middle East peace process?" Anyone?

Re: You Don't Say
The evil Arafat was a total waste of time, and should have been killed when the Israeli sniper that had him in his sights circa 1971. Pity Sharon lost his nerve and called off this shot. So as far as I'm concerned there's no point discussing this sub-human.

Clarity is good. As Jason implies, that the truth is out there doesn't mean anyone has to look at it. But this should help us convince our fellow conservatives, at least.
