Although I can think of acts more evil than defrauding a fund for Holocaust survivors--obviously I can, that fund existed for a reason in the first place--it's kind of hard to think of a more tastelessly evil act. Can you imagine one? Not easy, is it?

It would probably involve punching orphans while mocking their dead parents. Defrauding holocaust survivors? That's low.

A friend just died the other day at 88. One of the smartest guys I knew, and a real mensch. Most everything he did was right, except give money to a guy who also stole from Survivors.

Here's to you Madoff, may you rot in prison for stealing from my friend.

Defrauding holocaust survivors and using the money to buy copies of "The Protocols of Zion" to distribute to teenagers.

Transporting terror squads in vehicles painted to resemble Red Cross ambulances.

BTW, wouldn't "tastelessly evil" be redundant? What would a tastefully evil act be? Actually playing opera during the mob hits, a la The Godfather?

Hey, those ambulances were paid for by the UN ! And they had built in missile cribs as well. And the guy in the green helmet probably from Doctors without clearly cut principles.

(just found Tatsu's in your part of the world-killer lunch !)

I find the Holocaust deniers or minimizers to be worse than the garden-variety robbers. There is a difference in moral culpability between ordinary greedy thieves and those who deny incarnated evil, especially when it is for scoring political points.
