A month or so back I started thinking I hope Rep. Ryan doesn't run for President because we need him in congress doing what he's doing to help reform the government. Then it hit me that it was the same reason we need him running as a candidate for President.

I must admit that my dear husband is a little upset with the admiration I continue to express for Paul Ryan. But it is not a looks thing -- I also adore Chris Christie! -- it is the words coming out of his mouth that make sense. They are not sound bites. He is not angry. He is firm, polite, principled, unflinching, resolute, intelligent, well-informed, articulate... I should stop, 'cause I'm starting to sound like Sen. Reid discussing our president...

He spoke for about 3:00 and I took the best :30. What you hear is real passion.

Ryan\Rubio in 2012. I mean it. Normally, I'd prefer a governor to run, but this time its different. Ryan articulates the real challenges our nation is facing and no other politician expresses the nature of American Exceptionalism better than Marco Rubio.

The country needs Ryan to focus on this one great thing... *the economy, stupid .* In his current position, he is able to master the issue; as President, his attention would be diverted elsewhere.
