It's better than the old EBT cash transfer device--an Extended Brazilian Taurus.

I suppose that this able-bodied young man can't find gainful employment anyway, for a host of reasons, so we suckers pay for his junk food and junk life.

You folks may be missing what at least I saw.  I think this guy was making fun of people that use EBT (electronic benefit transaction) cards.  Notice when he talks about eatin' good and the reaction is "Whut?"

This is a common annoyance in inner city stores.  There's always a little crowd gathered near the front door, or even near the registers, if the management allows it.  They size up your purchases and if they see you're going to be purchasing some food, they offer to "pay for it," with their card.  In return, they want you to slip them a 20, so they can use it to buy beer, or whatever.

That's what is being depicted early in the video, with the furtive transactions that look like drug deals.  His audience knows what they were seeing and they know he was ragging on those that pridefully flaunt their EBTs.

I thought this was parody too, but with rap it is often difficult to tell the difference. Everyday he gets his swipe on.

I snapped this picture on my way to the gym this afternoon.  You'll notice that the BK takes EBT. Swipe it!
