Joining us as this week's Guest Contributor is John Bell.  John Bell is the retired CEO of coffee/confectioner Jacobs Suchard’s North American business, now a part of Kraft Foods. After the acquisition by Kraft, he became a strategy consultant and counseled some of the globe’s most respected blue-chip consumer goods companies. An online contributor to Fortune and Forbes, John currently seeks a publisher for his first novel. John resides in Halfmoon Bay, British Columbia and can be found on Twitter @JohnRichardBell.
