Please join me in welcoming David Limbaugh as Ricochet's guest contributor of the week. David writes regular columns at Town Hall, World Net Daily, and the Washington Times. He's the author of numerous books including Bankrupt: The Intellectual and Moral Bankruptcy of Today's Democratic Party and most recently, Crimes Against Liberty: An Indictment of President Barack Obama. And in case you were wondering, David is indeed the younger brother of another well known Limbaugh.

Welcome, David--welcome! With just three weeks to go until election day, I can't think of anyone I'd rather have join us than the author of a couple of the best political books in a long, long time, Bankrupt and Crimes Against Liberty.

Psssst, David!

If you wanna provoke a fistfight, post about Christine O'Donnell, Sarah Palin, social cons vs. libertarians or "nation-building".

Welcome aboard!

Before I joined Ricochet, I was on Townhall a lot. I didn't read the blogs, but it hosts some great articles, including yours. I've wondered how different the two sites will be years from now, as Ricochet expands its features.

I'm really impressed by Ricochet's line-up of guest contributors. It almost makes up for the juvenile, disgusting turn taken by the most recent podcast.

David, welcome aboard. It's a pleasure to have you here, and I look forward to your insights. Tell your brother to hang in there, and eventually this radio thing might make him a decent living.

David, welcome to Ricochet. Thank you for writing the essential mid-term reference work on the Obama administration. I read the electronic version of Crimes Against Liberty on my iPad during a recent international flight. I had to take the reading slowly because digesting the mountainous tally of affronts to our Constitution ticked me off greatly--not a bad state of mind in the runup to November 2nd.

You mean he's Carl Limbaugh's brother? Welcome, David. Love your publisher!
