Re: Update on Wisconsin's Judiciary Election
The JSonline results appear to be updating quicker.
However, your AP link provides a very insightful county by county breakdown.
Keep an eye on these 5 counties, as they will determine the election.
Liberal: Milwaukee, Dane
Conservative: Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee

Prosser by a few hundred with 68% in. Why can't anything be easy?

It's not looking good. I don't think he can overcome her advantage in the populous Dane and Milwaukee.

Re: Update on Wisconsin's Judiciary Election
Waukesha is our most populous stronghold. Only 26% of wards counted in Waukesha.
Re: Update on Wisconsin's Judiciary Election
I'm just glad I'm not the only person who is, for some reason, feverishly updating the results page for a judicial election a thousand miles away.

Re: Update on Wisconsin's Judiciary Election
Looks like AP just faked me out. They updated Waukesha to 60% of wards reporting, but kept the vote totals the same.
Now I need a shot.

Isn't the Internet amazing, Mollie? And Ricochet, of course. This feels much like watching the Scott Brown election - except that one wasn't such a grinding cliff-hanger.

Re: Update on Wisconsin's Judiciary Election
Since it might be time for Plan B, can someone please answer this: Why don't the Wisc. Republicans just retake the vote on the bill, since the Dems strongest case (so far as I can tell) is that the Republicans didn't post the thing for 24 hrs before voting? Wouldn't that render all this nonsense moot?

Thank you for one cheering thought, Mark Belling Fan, as I turn in here on the Island of Manhattoes, which, for surely the only time in my life, seems to have ceded its role as the most important location in the world to...Wisconsin.
