In the event that you're hankering for an update on Donald Trump, behold this four minute soliloquy in which Trump berates the Republican leadership for their stupidity, bad mouths the Ryan Plan, explains why receiving lots and lots of money from NBC was more attractive than running for president, and leaves the door open for jumping back into the race last minute if the country needs him.

"My fellow Americans, I'm pleased to tell you today I've signed legislation that will outlaw The Trump Empire forever.  We begin bombing in 5 minutes."

So full of bluster. He's wrong to attack Ryan like that but he's expressing a sentiment that is generally true however. If the GOP nominates the wrong candidate, they may well lose the base to an alternate.

We may be in for a very real game of chicken. My own feeling is that we need a real fix now. The GOP establishment can't rely on the old playbook of Obama's worse. It's too late for that. Anything less than a committed fiscal hawk and someone who will fight smart, fight articulately and fight hard will be prelude to inevitable downfall. So it won't matter if Obama is re-elected so much if the alternative is some statist placeholder who keeps America alive and safe for the next round of socialism.

"What a maroon" to quote the great Bugs Bunny.

While we're on Bugs, Trump's hair reminds me of Bugs' tune: I Dream of Jeannie she's a light brown hare.

I wish this actually was from the desk of Donald Trump. I’d rather listen to his furniture than the Donald himself.

the last thing we need is more birtherism and transcript-ism from trump. no more wacky ideas about seizing libyan and iraqi oil.

He reminds me of Dick Morris.  Forget about right or wrong, say whatever it takes to win the election.  I think Trump is still a Democrat and this whole thing is just a show.
