This Week In Podcasting: Weekend Listening

It's been a busy week of podcasting here at Ricochet. In case you missed it and as a public service, here are some of the highlights:
- Ricochet Podcast #132: Describe The Act: The right's favorite dame Ann Coulter returns to the Ricochet Podcast this week to dish her fearless brand of insight and commentary. Todd Akin gets skewered, Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan get lauded, and Peter Robinson gets reprimanded for ever doubting the power of The Mitt. Also, James Lileks makes one of the great word associations in history based on the Democratic National Committee and a common gynecological procedure. You'll just have to listen to understand what we're referring to. Also, don't miss the triumphant return of Paul Rahe, fresh from his adventures behind the blues lines of the NIH. Sadly (or in his case, perhaps fortunately), his prostate was not able to make the trip.
- Goldberg, Podhoretz, and Long (temporary title) -- No, it's not an accounting firm or the favored team at the interfaith camp's three-on-three basketball tournament. It's our own Rob Long, National Review's Jonah Goldberg, and Commentary's John Podhoretz riffing on media, culture, and a bit of politics for an hour or so. Warning: do not consume this podcast while operating heavy machinery or while drinking a coffee or other hot beverage. Ricochet and its parent company Silent Cal Productions, LLC are not responsible for injuries caused by fatal spit takes.
- The Hemingways - A peek into the private lives of Mark and Mollie Hemingway in which they discuss the pluses and minuses of skinny dipping, parades, The Fight of The Week ®, and they debut the catch phrase that's sweeping the nation: Necro-Equine Flagellation. Coming soon to a t-shirt near you.
- Dave Carter drives an 18-wheeler back and forth across the country. You don't. But thanks to his occasional audio essays The View From The Cab, you too can experience the call of the open road and the romance of being a long-haul trucker while stuck in beach traffic in your mini-van. Air horn not included.
Next week, a new Law Talk, Left Coast/Right Coast, and much more. Thanks for listening and drive safely.

Re: This Week In Podcasting: Weekend Listening
I picked 25 lbs of green beans in my back yard this afternoon while listening to James, Rob, Peter, Ann Coulter, and Prof. Rahe. Great show as always, and I look forward to many more. Thank You!

One prediction already down. "Polls are going to show Ohio getting out of reach for Romney." Ooooops.
Back to the scripts for TBS, Rob.
