There’s Still Christmas, the Song
I hope I can impose upon you to buy a copy of the song ‘There’s Still Christmas.”
It was written by a dear friend who past away many years ago, but two years ago my daughter Annalisa (15 at the time) recorded dual versions of the song to sell copies of it for charity.
This year she is raising money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, picked by Annalisa because her little cousin Jake was diagnosed with diabetes this year.
You may have seen some news about this song recently. Many years ago Clarence Clemmons recorded a version of it, and last month his estate released the song.
Annalisa has two versions you can buy - on one she is accompanied by a beautifully talented piano player. On the other, she is accompanied by some aging lawyer/writer who still harbors a Walter Mitty fantasy of being a guitar player, who Annalisa affectionately calls “Dad.”
You can hear a clip, read more about the song, the writer, Annalisa and Jake at her website www.TheresStillChristmas.com where you can aslo buy either version of the song, or if you are feeling particularly filled with the spirit, buy them both!

Re: There’s Still Christmas, the Song
Is this quite an appropriate use of the Ricochet forum? If so, what next?
Re: There’s Still Christmas, the Song
I sought permission first.
Christmas theme, charity, goodwill. I thought we could handle it this time of year.
