An uncle and I were discussing how Romney might get under Obama's skin and force an error during the Presidential debates. He mentioned Reagan's famous "There you go again" line and said Romney could use a similar rejoinder. His suggestion?

"It's not all about you."

Brilliant. What other lines might work? Please note that the challenge is to come up with a single sentence or phrase, rather than a true argument.

If he could work in some veiled comments about absent, piece-of-crap, communist, drunken fathers, I think Obama may have a Colonel Jessup moment.  Maybe, "I've always been fortunate in my life.  My father George Romney was a faithful husband and devoted father.  Even as a Governor he always found time to spend with our family. He taught us that America is a great place where people are free to pursue their OWN DREAMS.  I know that everyone isn't as lucky as I was and for that I thank God.

I think your uncle should be working for Romney.  That's a pretty good line.

How about:  "We tried your way.  It didn't work."

(But your uncle's line is better.)

That's right.  Saying, it didn't work, is clearly an attempt to smear Obama as some type of lazy black man.  For shame, Mr. Long, for shame

Okay, I just didn't think my favorite "That's cute" would work in a debate format.

President Obama, we have had enough of the dreams of your father, it is now time for us to return to the dreams of our founding fathers.

I think Aaron's uncle's is best so far.  Short and brilliant.  Doesn't Paul Ryan read Ricochet?  Get the message to him, Paul.  Um, Mr. Ryan.

When the topic turns to the economy, whether from the moderator or Barack, he turns to Obama and says,"Well this topic just Made My Day."
