Ricochet's own road warrior is back with another audio essay. When some unscheduled maintenance forces Dave off the the road for a bit, he makes the most of it by spending some quality time with his folks.
Listen in here:
Ricochet members, you can subscribe to Dave's musings and enjoy them the way God intended: on a mobile device on the road (click on the subscribe icon or copy and paste the link into your podcatcher).

You ask "if we are there yet?" No, we are way past that point. We are now at the point where the Progressives have been found badly wanting and the Classical Liberals are determined to take back their government.
If you check the backtrail of the Progressives they began taking over our government, media and accademia, by stealth, after 1870 -- See Stephen Davies, Historian, available on youtube.com. (for additional information on the takeover of academia see John Taylor Gatto on Google -- espeically The Underground History of American Education free on line)
We are now at the point where the Progressives have been found to be grossly incapable but that they are fighting desperately to hold power.

Can't wait to listen. I almost overlooked it. It needs to be listed on the sidebar with the rest of the podcasts!

I love that laugh at 6:37. Dave, this was awesome and my cheeks are, now, sore from smiling so hard. Even Ella enjoyed hearing Mr. Tartar and that big sound. I think you just recruited the youngest member to Ricochet.

I really enjoyed this! The shuffle-shuffle-shuffle-page 2 gag was terrific and delivered perfectly. It sounds a bit like weekend NPR, except it's actually interesting and funny, and you probably didn't have a production staff of 20 people. Well done!

Yes, the page 2 gag was perfectly executed. Overall, the words you use and how you put them all together are fantastic Dave. I especially liked how you say we can't sit on the sidelines just to make sure people will like us. Bravo.

Thanks Yeti! Who needs Harry Reid's federally funded Cowboy Poetry when Ricochet has Dave Carter and The View From the Cab.
My heart soared pumped full of Americanism when I listened to Dave and his Father chuckle while revving the motor of Pop's Harley.
