Recorded just under a decade ago, Robert Bork.  Half an hour of one of the finest legal minds of the past half century.

The more I read about this man and from this man, the more I think that this country missed out on one of the smartest minds (not just legal). He was brilliant, and believed and supported every argument he made. His book, Slouching Towards Gommorah was prophetic and should be required reading.

What was done to him in 1987 just shows how far this country has sunk because it shows the absolute nitwits that represent us as "statesmen." Biden, Specter, and especially Kennedy emboldened the left with their actions. When you can't win the arguments, just slander and lie.

Bork not only made decisions, but he gave a great education in the process. We need five like him on the court. He is the standard for which all justices should be measured.

His book "Slouching Towards Gomorrah" was a book that changed my life as a young college student.  This was the foundation for the understanding of what the  statists are doing to America, why they are this way, and a resource I had to use as a young conservative.  All his prophecies are comming true before our eyes.

Watching a college professor's eyes pop out of their head with anger when you reference Judge Bork was priceless for me.  He will be missed.

I heard a clip from a Gregory Peck-read commercial that helped sink Judge Bork. (I knew there was a reason I used to hate Peck.)

What they did to that man was as horrible as can be done without violence. And the main perpetrator is a heartbeat away from the presidency. Were I Bork, I would probably have spent the remainder of my years in Antarctica, arguing with penguins. But he never stopped fighting. What a man.

I can remember watching the Senate hearings as a teenager and then later  reading his book.  He knew what he was talking about.  He will be missed.
