I'm not understanding the significance or symbolism here but I'm sure that it's intentional, goes over my head, and is a sweet tribute. I find it interesting that the video embedded on the bottom uses the same melody that Cato's Daily Podcast does.

Bella died recently. apparently she was attacked by coyotes. There's evidence that Tarra carried Bella's body in her trunk from the place of the attack. Tarra's trunk had blood on it, and where Bella's body was found there was no evidence of an attack.
