We've got the embargoed draft budget in our hot little hands. At the very stroke of 10:00 am Eastern, we'll be giving you Ryan-as-it-breaks, all-Ryan, all-day.
I'm reading it now. And yes, Peter's right--this is the most important domestic proposal of our lifetimes.

Claire... As I struggle to withhold even a note of cynicism, even I am hopeful that Paul Ryan is prescient about our country's fiscal future. But of course, a little cold water will do wonders waking us up in the morning. This is from NRO Online:
