Ricochet Presidential Debate Live Chat -- Tomorrow @ 8:45 PM Eastern/5:45 PM Pacific
Tomorrow night will bring this year's second presidential debate, as President Obama and Mitt Romney participate in a town hall forum at Hofstra University in New York (moderated by an apparently roguish Candy Crowley). And there's no better way to watch than with the Ricochet live chat, where our members and contributors will be scoring the proceedings in real time (unless you're enjoying cocktails with our own Rob Long at his Charleston, South Carolina viewing party). We kick the night off over on the Member Feed at 8:45 PM Eastern/5:45 PM Pacific.
Of course, you must be a Ricochet member to participate. In the meantime, let us know your expectations for tomorrow night in the comments (or on Twitter, where we're using the hashtag #DebatePredictions).

Obama's going to try being more aggressive.
I think that has a good chance of backfiring, making him lose his legendary "cool cat" status and with it, his likability with some people.

I joined the kive chat for the VP debate, but the entries scrtolled by too fast to read. If there wasn't so much white space between entries it would scroll more slowly - even so, too many comments, in my opinion.

That is a problem. Perhaps we need two or three chats up at a time hosted by different editors. There could be the Peter "Where was this guy" Robinson room for the incredulous, the James "I'm gonna throw something at the screen" Lileks room for the angry and the Rob "I'm so depressed I might shoot myself" Long room for the disheartened.
