Recently, our own Adam Freedman and Richard Epstein took part in a discussion at the Manhattan Institute on the state of constitutional law after Obamacare. They are joined for this discussion by the American Enterprise Institute's Michael Greve and Georgetown Law professor Nicholas Quinn Rosenkranz. Note: the program actually begins at the 1:07 mark. Adam comes in at about the 10 minute mark, and Professor Epstein begins around minute 35.

Hmm.  There really wasn't much discussion of what law would look like AFTER Obamacare, but it was an interesting panel discussion of the current state of affairs.

The four other guys' brains together could fit in Mr. Epstein's head. The Professor runs rings around them as far as I could tell, but I'm just a layman.

That's certainly true of my brain.  But the other guys on the panel (Nick Rosenkranz and Michael Greve) are actually pretty smart.
