This just in from the set of Uncommon Knowledge with Peter Robinson:
Yay! I hoped this interview was the reason for the return trip.
I've been surprised and impressed with the guests over the last couple of months. Peter has been outdoing himself quite rapidly. He's on a roll.
Like, like, like. Can't wait for this one to be out.
Very exciting. Definitely will be on the lookout for that interview.
Looking forward to it.
I think Gov. Perry is up first, and I'm even more excited about that one.
An aside: one of the best interviews I've ever heard with Bush was on Dennis Miller's radio show after Bush's book came out. W was in his element with Miller.
Ah! Our last president!
Glad to see that this inspires such anticipation in so many of you. For me, the picture is a source of anxiety -- doesn't that conversation look a lot like "I know, we shouldn't have hired Senik either"?
Very cool; looking forward to this one.
(Also looking forward to seeing the picture taken after this one, showing the Secret Service tackling Peter for nearly touching the president's arm.)
Why now? Does W have another book coming out?
I enjoyed Decision Points.
"Mr. President, at the beginning, I'm gonna go like this: slash unk knowledge...try not to laugh."
David Gaw #10 - maybe there's a fork in one of his hands too . . . .
Matthew Bartle: Why now? Does W have another book coming out?
Everything about this thread has made my day.
I hope it's a short interview... those chairs look terribly uncomfortable.
Wonderful! I can't wait to hear the interview!
Unlike Peter, I actually plan on becoming a real Texan in the next year, not just an honorary one. :)
Giant, slobbering, fan-girl LIKE!
But... EJ, I need another button for extremely, overwhelmingly envious.
A scene from the inaugural semester of the Peter Robinson Speechwriting Clinic.
Au contraire! Dubya is telling Peter he's so lucky to have you and got you for a steal!
