Palin and Thatcher

So Palin's going to meet Thatcher. I expect Rob will craft one of his trademark mock scripts about how it all goes down. But in this Daily Mail story, a classic for many reasons, the following snarky comment caught my eye:
One individual involved in the talks about the visit said: ‘Palin’s people haven’t said anything about meeting Cameron. Their main interest is getting a picture of her with Lady Thatcher. I’m not sure they know who David Cameron is.’
Oh, this is from the famous individual "involved in the talks about the visit"? Someone like ... me? I'm involved in talks about the visit, aren't I? I'm talking about it right now.

Re: Palin and Thatcher
Seems to me that "her people" might be too smart to ask for a Cameron meeting when he would be obliged to decline. Sounds like smart politics to me.
Ursula, you have to stop making these remarks in the British press. You can't hide stuff any longer in the internet age.
