Isn't this just a laugh riot? As if he didn't know. We knew.

It's The Chicago Way.

Every once in a while, despite all efforts to the contrary and in the face of all his training in the Chicago Way, he just can't help letting a little truth slip out.

Because unemployment is just hilarious.

So right, Diane. This time we'll see if he GOP is capable of taking the gloves off and winning. All they have to do is tell the truth relentlessly, without hedging their bets.

I just got a call from a taxi company after being semi-employed for almost a year.  I will start tomorrow at the so-called livable wage of $9.85 an hour.  I'm yucking it up with the rest of you.

Words cannot express my utter contempt for this cynical shell of a man and his circus of an administration.

This reminds me of when Bush joked about not finding WMDs, and when Obama mocked the Tea party by saying "you think they would be saying thank you!".

Is that Jeff Immelt next to him, also laughing?  Amazing!  The cronies laughing it up. My kids are going to be paying the tab on that $1 trillion stimulus thank you very much.

I dunno, I guess I don't think it's that bad. The guy talking to him was saying permits and red tape slow down or halt projects, and Obama responded with by agreeing that things were "not as shovel-ready as we expected."  I've heard way more offensive stuff from Obama.
