Powerline's John Hinderaker and Fraters Libertas Brian Ward interview Mystery Science Theater and Rifftrax creator Mike Nelson, riff on the Presidential race, the Wall Street protesters, Dick Durbin is a "loon" and The Zuck is a Peace Prize winner? Listen here:
As usual, you may experience The Hinderaker-Ward Experience in multiple ways: subscribe via iTunes, through our favorite mobile app Stitcher, or through Feedburner (if you use a non-iTunes podcatcher, go there). There's even a direct link for those on mobile devices.

If you look back over my comments here at Ricochet, you will find a recommendation that Mike Nelson be recruited as a contributor.
Just sayin'.

I second that notion.

Mike is hilarious, and is one smart cookie. I've been a fan of his since the MST3K days and has no doubt inspired my love of watching really bad movies with friends.

Rifftrax is one of my obsessions to say the least! I might be a bit overzealous, as I havent heard the whole interview yet but I feel the need to point out that Mr Lileks is a contributor worth checking out on their website. Freakin hilarious(although the star wars series is the best, complete with the holiday special of course)
Just more evidence that James is trying to acheive immortality by the most esoteric means possible. Dude, get a good publicist or a paying radio gig. Enough with the low key stuff. We love you...

I do distinctly recall Kennedy Smith making quite a few requests to have Mike Nelson on the Ricochet podcasts, too!

Re: Mystery Science Minnesota
The best birthday present I got my wife (her words) were the Rifftraxs for the Twilight series.
Thank you Mike for the great service you do.

P.S. We would love to have you as a contributor on Ricochet. Wink, wink.
