"Mitt Romney Kept Us From Reporting on Security Failures!"
I . . . er, . . . uh . . . I simply have no words for this.
JOE SCARBOROUGH: Talk about the conservative critique--and I think it's a fair critique, the conservative critique: that all you guys in the media were talking about Mitt Romney, you should have talked about the warnings with the embassy, etc., etc. And yes perhaps we should have. But you know who didn't allow us to do that?
MIKA BRZEZINSKI: Mitt Romney.
SCARBOROUGH: Mitt Romney. If Mitt Romney had kept his mouth shut, if he had not acted like a rank amateur, if he had not embarrassed himself--and by the way internally the campaign understands they screwed up, he's moved on, they know that. So no conservative can say "oh, the mainstream media, blah, blah." They know how badly they screwed up, and they were having the fight internally before he even went out and did it. But Romney got in the way of the media looking at the president, going, wha-, wha-, what happened here? How did this happen? Now, those questions are going to be asked in the coming weeks. But they weren't asked in the first 24 hours because Romney was holding this horrific, irresponsible, press conference.

I think that the press conference by Romney was a mistake, but only because the press need to be played carefully by anyone that dares challenge the Anointed One. Members of the press, including Joe seem personally offended by the remarks of Romney, which brings to the forefront just how corrupt most are (as they go off the deep end).

Actually, this provides a window into their soul and provides an interesting opportunity. This tells us that the MSM feels they cannot under any circumstances appear to be in agreement with Mitt Romney.
So, Mitt should begin a carefully orchestrated campaign of baiting the MSM by holding press conferences to make statements that are obviously true and let the press make absolute fools of themselves denouncing him for his statements.

For any member of the MSM to believe this is ridiculous. For Scarborough to believe it is highly educational.

Re: "Mitt Romney Kept Us From Reporting on Security Failures!"
NEWS FLASH: An epidemic of blame-itis is breaking and spreading rapidly. It is highly contagious and people are advised to avoid carriers if at all possible. It is a subtle but dangerous disease. Shortly after infection individuals begin to lose all capacity for critical thinking. Mental and cognitive skills decline rapidly during this incubation period. The carriers are infectious during this period but are unaware of their steadily decreasing mental capacity. This is what makes the disease so dangerous and communicable. The incubation period may last anywhere from two weeks in fast moving cases, to three or more years in slower cases. But the final stages of the disease are marked by an inability to take personal responsibility for anything.

I am growing less worried now. I no longer worry about our nation's future.
I am terrified.
They are progressing from Marxism to Leninism. Soon, the purges will begin if they remain in office.

Delete "of his network" and you've got it.
Though come to think of it, perhaps "tool" is a requirement for MSNBC on-air "talent"?

Re: "Mitt Romney Kept Us From Reporting on Security Failures!"
Wait, am I reading this correctly? Are they blaming Mitt's statement for distracting them from doing real reporting on the Middle East?
Surely I must be misinterpreting this.

Gotta concede that Mika Berzerkski does some of the best frowny face looks on MSM TV.

You can dance around the media and then get out what they want you to get out. Or you can do what is correct and let them bitch. It doesn't matter how he he plays them, they will still hit him with both barrels. It is time to stop the game playing and say what needs to be said.

They're personally offended that the Republicans nominated someone and didn't just let them anoint Barack Obama President for Life.

Re: "Mitt Romney Kept Us From Reporting on Security Failures!"
If people can believe that a terrible movie (I've seen the trailer) mocking Muhammed is responsible for people halfway around the world to riot and murder, it's not that big a leap to believe that Mitt Romney, in criticizing their prophet, would be responsible for the press neglecting their jobs in reporting on embassy attacks -- attacks that the current administration can't pass the buck on.

What?! Imagine a pro baseball player saying, "the only reason I struck out is because that rank amateur in the box seat just behind the plate just wouldn't shut up."
Say it ain't so, Joe!
