Misgivings on the Orient Express

Usually the folks who doubt the wisdom of Amtrak and other forms of government transportation are presented as Luddites. Over at FutureofCapitalism.com, Ira Stoll links to a New York Times story he says highlights doubts about "the Chinese high-speed rail system that President Obama hailed in his State of the Union address."
