Meryl as Margaret
I've been asked for my professional opinion on the likeness. My verdict: hair, outstanding; make-up, perfect; wardrobe, near-flawless. The neckline is just slightly too low--you'll look in vain for a photo of her that shows quite so much decolletage--but that's a quibble. They're erring on the right sight by emphasizing her flirtatiousness rather than her primness; the former was actually a large feature of her political personality; this is often insignificantly appreciated. Quite a Thatcherite facial expression. Good job, congratulations to the whole team. Now, go create a replica of Margaret Thatcher in the ways that really matter. The world will never stop thanking you.

Re: Meryl as Margaret
That is a freaky image. Like Twilight meets Tim Burton meets Madame Tussauds.

That image reminds me of the Joan Crawford movie Mommie Dearest. Are you sure that's not Faye Dunaway?

Re: Meryl as Margaret
A retired Prime Minister still has an "office" in government? What does this mean, Claire?
