Yes you have to listen to the piece- I thought "Vegas Throat" was something related to the Cartagena Secret Service trip as well.

The old remedy to Vegas Throat was to switch to menthols, Alpines, Newports or Cools. Alpines were the mildest. Now we have hot tea. I suggest Bacardi in the tea. (Because you can.) I'm sure DocJay will back me up.
In fact, I think I feel a little throat tickle coming on...
