Far be it from me to speak for Rob...but I think he's invoking a bit of what Alfred Hitchcock used to say about filmmaking, essentially that all the fun is in the conceptualizing and visualizing of the story. The actual production is more of a drudgery and a bore... and in Rob's case can be nerve racking, stressful and nauseous in just thinking about the daunting tasks ahead.
