Not sure it makes any more sense. But it sure is vivid.

My instinct is that it's not aimed at telling English speakers how to make coffee so much as aiming to inform non-English speakers that it's the sort of classy product purchased by English speakers. This is certainly a thing in Iraq, and Turks have even more of a hangup about being "white" than Iraqis do.
