The Washington Post's Jennifer Rubin and The Daily Caller's Mickey Kaus are back, and boy are they steamed at the younger generation of political bloggers. Hey you kids, get off our lawn! Also, this week: Jennifer wants to put Solyndra where the sun don't shine, Mickey laments GM's lackluster numbers, Mitt abroad, and the what happens if President Romney governs as a squish.

Re: Let The Sun Shine In
Jennifer is correct that super-majorities tend to self-destruct, however I don't think we should fear a simple Republican majority in all three houses of Congress. There's still the filibuster, and Democrats will be under a lot of pressure to compromise in our direction (as opposed to us compromising in theirs).

Does anyone know a McCain 2008 voter who, having experienced 3.5 years of Obama in power, plans on voting for Obama in 2012?
Does anyone one know an Obama 2008 voter who, having experienced 3.5 years of Obama in power, refuses to vote for Obama in 2012?
I admit that my circle is very small, but I don't know anyone in the former group, and I know more than a few in the latter.
