Love Richard Epstein's correction of "intellectual losers" to "impaired intellectuals" at the end.
Epstein and Yoo are the most wonderfully endearing match-up of power minds that makes legal discussions not only understandable, but engaging and entertaining to us *lay people*. And Troy Senik makes it that much more fun. And now on video...I love it!!
