Law Talk with Epstein and Yoo #4: Don't Judge Me
The Ricochet Law School faculty lounge re-opens again this week as host Troy Senik guides our esteemed professors through the Wisconsin Supreme Court election, Presidential war powers, SCOTUS and Arizona religious school tax credits, and wrap things up with a spirited discussion on whether or not insulting your boss on Facebook is protected speech. We're personally looking forward to hearing the answer on that one.

Thank you, azure creature of the Himalayan fastness and Ricochet IT Crowd for arranging things so members can download MP3s of these podcasts without subscribing to them with iTunes!
I have nothing against iTunes, but I manage MP3s from a wide variety of sources with Air Sharing on my iPhone, and it's much easier to keep track of what's yet to be listened to when there's only one list in a single application.
Re: Law Talk with Epstein and Yoo #4: Don't Judge Me
You're welcome. Coming soon: the ability to play the podcasts in posts natively on mobile devices. And all of our premium podcasts should be available on Stitcher in the next few days (according to them).

Blue Yeti, please check my comments on Hinderaker-Ward on how to take calls. I appreciate feedback.
BTW - I use both Listen (google app) and DoggCatcher to podcast shows both in front of and behind the paywall. Assuming you want to make some explicit Android support available.

Loved Richard's team building quotes. I used to antagonize my boss who was fond of the "No I in TEAM" platitude by responding, "There's an I in WINNER."

Troy, I want to let you know that I'm not ashamed to say that one of the main reasons I listen to this podcast is your stellar, hilarious introductions to the podcasts. Please keep the quality up on those, it's absolutely fantastic material.

Re: Law Talk with Epstein and Yoo #4: Don't Judge Me
Each of these podcasts has been superb. The Two Professors are naturals, and Troy does a great job of keeping out of the way. I end every listen feeling both smarter - because of the knowledge, even wisdom, that has been imparted - and more ignorant - because I realise there is so much these guys know that I don't. Fortunately for everyone I don't have to.Worth the subscription on its own.
Re: Law Talk with Epstein and Yoo #4: Don't Judge Me
I'll second this! I laughed out loud in the gym when I heard Troy say "Welcome to the Ricochet faculty lounge where torts are always on the menu." Troy may have a calling in comedy.

This is just scintillating. I was trying to explain to someone today why one of the cleverest and funniest things I would listen to this week was the result of a conversation between two law professors moderated by a former presidential speech-writer. Gentlemen, I salute your perspicacity and wit, and your refusal to speak down to your audience. Thank you all.

I enjoyed it.
If my brain worked as quickly and steadily as these guys, I'd perspire, too. ;)
