Law Talk #12: Absolute Immunity
It's another fascinating hour as host Troy Senik and Professors Epstein and Yoo make dusty law books come alive. This week, they discuss whether or not a government official can or should or be given immunity, debate if Arizona's immigration law will make it to the Supreme Court and what will happen if it does, take another look at the constitutionality of ObamaCare, and then answer your calls. We end up with the curious case of a law professor who was accused of racism and sexism for a very questionable cause. Care to guess what side the professors come down on?

Re: Law Talk #12: Absolute Immunity
It was good that my question so terrified the law faculty that it didn't make this week's cut (high Mom!) but I did want to file an amicus brief before the court noting that -- I think -- 2 of the 3 admitted questions were from listeners in Utah. Does this signal some hidden Huntsman surge?

My question was not chosen, clearly due to an unfortunate bias against inarticulate morons. Harumph!
