David Cameron has been told by UK intelligence that Muammar Gaddafi is increasingly paranoid, on the run, and hiding in hospitals by night, and that his senior commanders in the regime are unable to communicate with one another.

I just hope that throughout all his recent trials and tribulations that the dear Colonel has been able to maintain his keen sense of fashion about him, because as horrific as all the bombings have been if his diversity were to become a casualty, I think that's worse.

As in America, where you can't convict a multimillionaire of murder, you can't catch and kill a billionaire anywhere in the world. Well, Putin can, but he's agreed to take this case.
