Poor Norah O'Donnell, MSNBC anchor and, clearly, problem speller. When the news broke that Osama bin Laden was dead, she Tweeted excitedly:
Which, of course, is mortifying and understandable. Those BlackBerry keys are all bunched up. And don't get me started on predictive-text errors on the iPhone.
On the other hand, had she been another anchor, any anchor, on Fox News, this would have been a six act play. A ten minute rant from Bill Maher. A Letterman extravaganza. A feast of "that's what those Fox News bastards really want" from every left-wing friendless shut-in with a blog. Can you imagine what Keith Olbermann would have done with it?
Instead: silence. Crickets. Nothing to see here. Move along.

I have already received the picture a half dozen times from liberal friends. I guess we can't even put aside the partisan snark on the day we catch Osama. Sad.
