The always excellent Steve Moore of the Wall Street Journal gives a seven minute update on the state of budget negotiations and the Paul Ryan budget proposal. Concise, intelligent discussion. Wish things were always explained this clearly. H/T Instapundit.

Paul Ryan is a great American, courageous, smart, and honest. He's been at this a long time. Like a pit bull, he's chomped down on this critical life-and-death issue and won't let go.
This is a litmus test for other conservatives in the GOP. Those who fail to support Ryan should be exposed and removed.

If Ryan's plan is good enough for Moore, then it's good enough for me. He's one of the economists I trust most.
