There is street parking in front of Patxi's but it's usually full unless you get lucky. There are several free public lots in the immediate vicinity. If the lots are full, nobody should have to go more than three or four blocks along Emerson Street to find street parking followed by a pleasant walk.

I don't believe they take reservations, but I'll call ahead and let them know to expect a group of 15 or so from Ricochet.
