El Luchador Ricochet Says "La Revolución Comienza"

I have no idea where this photo was shot or who this biker is but something about this scene made me snap to attention. We have a real-life luchador. On a tricked out bike. At a protest. Being fired on by riot police.
I'm decoding the message but I am pretty sure this brave man is part of our community and is telling us "the revolution begins." Or am I misreading something?
What's your caption for this awesome photo?

Not so much a caption, but clearly they are shooting at him because he is not wearing his crash helmet.

Tired of the podcast wisecracks targeting his salmon coloured muscle shirt, Lileks chooses a much bolder blood-red

The guy is a moron. A Harley is not the bike you want to ride in a riot. If it falls over, it'll be too heavy to pick up off the asphalt. Nor is it maneuverable. You'll notice he's already bottomed out on his right side tailpipe. Hey, moron, what do you think would happen if one of those cops got his hands on your cape? No helmet. Exposed skin. Que estupido.

Code Pink Leader Medea Benjamin ( shown here with helmet on ) is driven to the protest by her new driver, Chris "El Cabeza de Helado" Mathews.

If you enlarge the picture, you can see that the leftmost riot cop is cheering him on.

The shield on the front of the motorcycle is emblazoned with lightning bolts, a clenched fist, and the acronym SME. A quick Google search reveals that SME stands for Sindicato Mexicano de Electricistas, the Mexican Electricians Union. It's possible that this is a photo of a union protest of the shutdown of the sclerotic government-owned electric company Luz y Fuerza del Centro. Not exactly Tea Party types, but it is a great photo.

"Shortly after this photo was taken, the protest ended in shame and humiliation when the riot police tore off the union president's mask."

This was Buzz Lightyear's self-image that time the other toys held his reset button too long and he started speaking Spanish.
Re: El Luchador Ricochet Says "La Revolución Comienza"
He's too awesome for mere words. No caption!
But he reminds me of Mil Mascaras, for those of you old enough to remember him.

Re comment #1 " ...he is not wearing his crash helmet."
No matter, as soon as the cape gets caught up in the chain-wheel his head is coming off anyways.

"One way street, and GREAT, damn cape stuck in spokes and ..... Oh hi guys!"
And you can lift a prone harley no problem. Squat against said iron horse facing away and push up. Leverage!! Many years of soft asphault and PBR's speaking here(resulting in walking said rescued horse back home of course).

If the police want to stop him, I'd recommend a folding chair across the back of the bike.
