There are a few things that struck me about this new campaign ad from Team Romney:
The positive tone contrasts nicely with the negative rhetoric we've been hearing recently. The subtext to it all is great -- it digs at the failures of the Obama Presidency without overtly talking about.
Did you notice how many times they say "President Romney"? I think it's good campaign strategy -- getting people comfortable with the idea of Romney as president.
Finally, and this is particularly in contrast to the sweeping hope and change themes we saw in 2008, I love how relatively modest the proposals are: Stop blocking Keystone, tax reform for job creators, start to dismantle Obamacare.
What do you think? Effective advertisement or too subtle?
