Please note that we have a Center of Gravity poll underway on the member feed.  The questions (paraphrased):

1.  Which of the listed four candidates would you pit against Obama?

2.  What bugs you about those candidates, if anything?

3.  Which are electable?

If you haven't already, please head over there

Okay, I give up.  Am I the only member completely baffled at how to vote?

If this is a technical problem (as opposed to, say, agonizing over Cain vs. Gingrich), then please contact support and let them know (a) the nature of the problem and (b) the browser and version number you're using.  Our polling service appears to have had some sporadic compatibility problems, although most people appear unaffected.

Oh, you should see a pretty straightforward, 3-question poll with radio buttons designed to capture your opinions.  At the bottom, there's a Done button that registers your responses.  The poll section collapses when someone on your computer completes it.

Glad I'm not the only one having problems. I've been trying all evening and all I get is "No Comments Yet", and "Comments have been closed for this conversation".

I'm using Safari 5.1 on OS X 10.6.

I was having trouble getting my selection to work, until I tried clicking just below the bottom edge of the bubble I wanted - that worked.

Okay, looks like a problem with Safari, where nothing at all shows up. I tried it in Firefox and it worked.

Now, as per The Logo,  I' can agonize over Cain vs. Gingrich.

Me, too. Same system. Same browser. Same problem.

Same as above using IE 9 compatability view, with Win7 Prof, SP and updates as recommended by Microsoft are all uploaded. Adobe Flash 11.0.1.152 and Java installed (Version 6 Update 27), Microsoft Silverlight Version: 4.0.60831.0 are all installed.

(Same problem with Safari on my iPhone 4, not sure why this occurred as I was able to complete first survey, but not this one nor previous one. )

Firefox 7.01 on Win7 Pro works fine (takes some time to build the scrolling embedded window with radio buttons (this is with Java and Flash as above)

I have consistent problems posting on Ricochet using IE 9.  I was unable to use the radial buttons as well.

So it's apparently a Safari and IE9 problem. Google Chrome on OS X seems to work fine.
