A bomb has exploded in Moscow's Domodedovo airport, killing at least 31 people.
Obviously, at this point no one knows who did it. It's being reported as a suicide bomber, but I think it would be forensically impossible to know that for sure at this stage.
There cannot be a hell hot enough for the authors of a crime like this.

The authorities found a head unattached to a body, which although not proof of a suicide bomber, would strongly suggest one. It appears that when someone blows themselves up the unattached head usually belongs to the bomber. Perhaps some explosives expert could explain the physics or why this happens.

The bombing apparently took place outside the security gates, in the passenger greeting area. 35 dead, 180 injured is the current estimate.
The TSA is designed only to prevent hijackings, not mass murder on the ground as well.

A bomb exploded inside a bus in the financial center of Philippines this afternoon. The last terrorist attack in Makati happened in 2005.
