Burn More Flags
Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. From Forbes:
A Pakistani man, one of approximately 10,000 people participating in an anti-American rally has died. The cause of death? Complications from inhaling smoke after burning an American flag. The Express Tribune, a Pakistani newspaper affiliated with The International Herald Tribune (“The Global Edition of The New York Times”) reported:
"One of the participants of the rally, Abdullah Ismail, passed away after he was taken to Mayo Hospital. Witnesses said he had complained of feeling unwell from the smoke from US flags burnt at the rally."
The rally is part of protests, organized by Jamaat-Ud-Dawa, the political arm of the terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba.
Finally! Burning the American flag is something we can all get behind. Maybe we should pitch in and send them more.

I guess they didn't read the label on the flag, which had been produced for the US market: "This flag manufactured in Knauf Plasterboard Tianjin Co. Ltd facility. This label absolve all liability claim of all nation or person."

Re: Burn More Flags
What happens in the U.S. if a number of the Islamist black flags shown over the embassy were burned in protest here ? And Yes, we are better than that, but an interesting option.

Humourous.
But sobering to realize how many nutty, irrational, xenophobic people there are in the world.

Good. 'cuz the flag part is unnecessary overhead.
I like the way you think. We certainly need to 'go lean' when we can.

It is sobering to say the least. The suggestion was more in the manner of creating an atmosphere of ridicule on a large scale. Turn About is Fair Play, then when the pangs of humiliation enmasse and fruitless efforts of this sink in. Reality can gain a foothold. Humiliation is a large hammer, as it were and perhaps it is time to open the toolbox.
Just how long should we allow folks to throw stones at our house ?
