40 rounds of .22 caliber long rifle hollow points were found in the surrounding areas of the Madison, Wisconsin capitol building.
The Democratic Party and the media in this country need to take notice. There is a growing undercurrent of violence on the left as the welfare state is crumbling around them. The irresponsibility of the media not to cover left wing hate and violence will backfire if (and when) something terrible happens.
When a Democratic legislator threatens a Republican legislator with “You are [expletive] Dead,” and my great Senator from Ohio, Sherrod Brown, compares Republicans to Hitler and Stalin, they have officially crossed the line. Game over.
This isn’t partisan maneuvering anymore—this is dangerous.

You think so? My theory is that since left wingers hate guns, they only purchased the bullets.

Three different entrances, all the same caliber, all the same day. What are the chances a that a shooter even carries loose rounds? Are we to expect that three different shooters all lost ammo while loading their rifles/pistols at the entrances? Perhaps there was but one shooter who had to load once and reload twice? Dropping rimfire ammo on concrete is not particularly bright either.
There are too many ignorant fools in this world; the 'lost' ammo is proof of this regardless of who the loser may be.

It reads as one of those "...I know he knows that I know that he knows.." situations. Somebody, not too bright, trying to cast aspersions upon others. Who ever it was lost 82% of his rounds, so I seriously doubt that it was accidental.
Very likely that somebody bought a 50 round box of the cheapest rounds available and scattered them around the capital. I wouldn't be surprized if the remaining 9 rounds are discovered over time.

Interesting that the media aren't picking up on this. The setup is so obvious that the lame stream media even has the smarts not to walk into the ambush.

The larger fear for me is for this democratic republic. When the great majority of the media becomes the handmaiden of a single party, and the government party at that, the consensual nature the country is based on is imperiled. The threat is even greater when the government party decides it doesn't have to obey the law (Obamacare) or the electorate (Wisconsin). Run these trend lines out a bit and you see the European-style dangers ahead of us.

I hope that Sherrod Brown and the unnamed Democratic legislator in Wisconsin have been caught on film. Come election time there could be a reckoning.

Politics is just war by other means, it is always dangerous. Ask Joe the Plumber. The only real check on legislator emissions is at the ballot box.

A handful of .22 caliber shells doesn't seem like a very big deal, although if this had been left behind at a Tea Party gathering, the media would have made it look like the Normandy invasion.
