The little tyke is wrong, of course. But he's got many years before he needs to realize that.

The Obama version of this would amount to a restatement of the original prediction that he would learn to ride a bike, regardless of any actual bike riding.

I dunno if I'd say the little tyke is wrong. . .I mean, motivation really will do wonders, and you tend to be most motivated about things you have some talent for and enjoy doing anyway.
