POLITICO with the details:
The vote was 245 to 189, and unanimous GOP support gave the vote the same partisan feel of the March vote to pass the law, underscoring once again the hardened political lines of the health care debate. Only three Democrats backed the repeal, a smaller number than Republicans had once predicted.

Moreover, a goodly number of the Dems who voted against ObamaCare in the first place lost their seats in November. There wasn't a big pool of Blue Dog Democrats to reach out to for this vote -- it will be interesting to see how many of the Blue Dogs who voted against repeal find that an unpopular move back in their districts.

Re: BREAKING: House Repeals ObamaCare
The longer we can keep the Dems talking about Obamacare, the better, because they come up with gems like this:
Rep. George Miller, D-Calif., said repeal would return power to insurance companies. "Has anybody, any family in America, any single mother, any spouse, any child, any grandparent met a more bureaucratic system than the American health insurance system? There is no more bureaucratic system."
Right, because a thousand page bill spawning dozens of new federal agencies will make the system less bureaucratic. Keeping talking, Mr. Miller, please tell us more!

Whether it got the bipartisan support they hoped for or not, at the least it is forcing Congressmen to on record for or against repeal. No more cavilling on the campaign trail; the line in the sand is being drawn.
