Here's how I think of it: the baby is the federal government, and the bar is the economy.
On the other hand, maybe it's just a funny minute and a half and that's that.

There are probably plenty more metaphors you could work in. The toddler looks a lot like Chris Matthews, so mabye the booze is Obama and the bar is Matthews' credibility.
